Six questions to ask of any quote
- Is waterproofing on its own line, with the membrane named?
- Is the screed to falls included, or left to someone else?
- Are niches, water stops, trims and mitres itemised?
- Are the tiles and materials listed, and does it say who supplies them?
- Who does the plumbing and electrical, and are they licensed?
- Is there a start date and an expected finish?
